Custom-made, Petite, Plus Size, and made-to-measure gowns are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
If a return or exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed upon by Maison Luxe Boutique.
